Royce Projects Group was engaged to coordinate a portfolio-wide response after a Fire Order affected a multi-building business park. THE CHALLENGE
The business park included multiple buildings with different compliance histories, tenancy uses and service conditions. The owner needed a coordinated strategy that reduced enforcement risk while maintaining operations.
WHAT WE DID
RPG undertook portfolio-level compliance review, coordinated fire engineering input and developed
a staged upgrade pathway covering sprinkler improvements, fire detection, compartmentation and egressrelated issues across the site. Delivery was planned to avoid unnecessary disruption to tenants.
OUTCOME
The Fire Order was resolved through a more strategic, site-wide response. The business park achieved stronger compliance outcomes, improved safety and a clearer pathway for long-term asset management.
