RPG founding director Hamish Royce brings over 15 years experience in the property and construction industry and a strong track record in end-to-end delivery of projects across Australia.
Drawing from his portfolio of experience across commercial, high-end residential, industrial, aged care and retail, Hamish understands the commercial realities of development and the individual yet inter-related aspects of the project lifecycle.
His approach is based on the belief that stages of development shouldn’t be siloed, and efficient and considered development requires an understanding of and communication between each facet of the project chain.
Hamish thrives in putting together the pieces of a project, collaborating with stakeholders to overcome challenges and ultimately, delivering the best possible result for all involved.
