Commercial Foyer & Common Area Refurbishment
A premium foyer and shared-area upgrade for a CBD office building.
Royce Projects Group was engaged to manage the refurbishment of a CBD office building foyer and common areas as part of a broader asset repositioning strategy. This anonymised case study highlights RPG’s approach to design coordination, procurement and delivery in a live commercial environment.
KEY OUTCOMES
Premium arrival experience created
Tenant presentation and amenity improved
Works staged in an operational building
Asset positioning strengthened
THE CHALLENGE
The existing foyer and common areas no longer reflected the quality expected in a competitive commercial market. The owner wanted an improved tenant and visitor experience without unnecessary disruption to building operations.
WHAT WE DID
RPG coordinated the design team, managed procurement and oversaw staged construction works covering finishes, lighting, joinery, access improvements and common-area upgrades.
Delivery planning was structured around maintaining tenant access and minimising disruption.
OUTCOME
The refurbishment improved the first impression of the building, supported asset repositioning and created a more refined shared environment for tenants and visitors.
