Capital Works &
Essential Services Upgrade

Fire, mechanical and life safety systems upgrade for a commercial office building.

Royce Projects Group was engaged to manage a capital works programme involving essential services upgrades within a CBD office building. This anonymised case study demonstrates how RPG coordinated consultants, procurement and staged delivery to improve compliance, safety and building performance.

KEY OUTCOMES

  • Fire and life safety systems upgraded

  • Mechanical and essential services modernised

  • Compliance position strengthened

  • Building performance and reliability improve

THE CHALLENGE

The building contained ageing infrastructure and required multiple service systems to be reviewed and upgraded while maintaining operational continuity for occupants.

WHAT WE DID

RPG coordinated essential services reviews, engaged specialist consultants and structured a staged capital works programme that covered fire detection, alarm systems, emergency lighting, HVAC and broader safety-related upgrades. Procurement and contractor management were handled as part of a controlled delivery strategy.
